Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the day of visit will be non-refundable. Providing we have a minimum of 48 hours’ notice we will permit the transfer of the pre-payment to a future date once within 3 months of the original date.

Activity Bookings
Cancellations made14 days prior to booking date will receive a full refund. Within 14 days, the activity can be moved to another date. Within 48 hours, no changes can be made to the reservation and the activity will be charged in full. Please see individual activity pages for full terms and conditions.
