Take the plunge with our new outdoor Ice Bath experience on the Spa Terrace. At a crisp 5°C, it's the ultimate way to awaken the senses, ease tired muscles and leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised.
For a complete thermal experience, begin with the soothing warmth of our new sauna on the Spa Terrace, available for up to six guests, before moving to the invigorating cold of the ice bath. This contrast can help support circulation, aid recovery and promote deep relaxation.
Terms and Conditions
- Guests must shower before entering the ice bath.
- Immersion should be limited to a maximum of three minute per session.
- Please do not submerge your head.
- Replace the lid securely after each session.
- If you wish to enjoy the full thermal experience, please use the sauna first and finish with the ice bath to allow your body to cool gradually.
- The ice bath is available to guests aged 16 and over only.
